US (WI): Nelson and Pade honored with Sustainable Business Award

Nelson and Pade received the Wisconsin Sustainable Product of the Year award for a small business, from the Wisconsin Sustainability Council. This award provides recognition of the many facets of sustainability that the company's Clear Flow Aquaponic Systems represent. From low water usage to zero waste, these systems use less resources while growing an abundance of fresh fish and vegetables.

The 2018 Sustainable Business Awards are designed to recognize Wisconsin businesses for their efforts in developing sustainable products and processes and to recognize some of the amazing business leaders in the state. Each award recognizes both a large and small organization that has stood out in their specific category.

"We are humbled to now be a 3-time winner of the Sustainable Product of the Year Award, having been awarded in 2014 and 2017 as well. We appreciate the efforts of the WI Sustainability Council in bringing awareness to the need for and benefits of embracing sustainable practices", Rebecca Nelson said. "In addition to the recognition of our products, we strive to implement sustainable business practices at all levels."
