New greenhouse complex in Perm to grow organic
A new agricultural complex will be built by the efforts of investors from Berezniki and will be located on the territory of Perm. The enterprise project has been presented by the General Director of LLC Romanovo-agro, Mr. Dmitry Dmitriev, reported the administration of Dobryansk region.
It is planned to construct the project in two phases. The first phase of 3.76 ha will start operating in October-November 2019, the second phase in the same period of 2020.
“The projecting and administration works have already begun. The construction will begin approximately in the end of 2018”, said the deputy of the municipal settlement Dobryansky, Ms. Tatiana Potapova.
Cucumbers, tomatoes and greenery will be grown here all year round.
The complex will appear in a special technological spot in close proximity to the Perm hydroelectric station and will be mainly financed with private funds. Partially the expenses will be covered by a loan. The main purpose of the project is to create a contemporary complex for production of organic cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and greenery all year round. Moreover, once the enterprise starts working it will require 160 employees.
“The project will allow for the creation of a socially valuable agricultural company, that will provide the population of Perm region with fresh vegetables in all seasons”, reads the presentation of the complex.
It is not the first project of LLC Romanovo-Agro on the territory of Perm. Earlier in December 2017, the company presented a similar idea to the administration of Usol region.
