Following the rapid growth of their export activities, Jose Carretero has joined Ridder Climate Screens as Global Account Manager. The hiring of Jose enables Ridder Climate Screens to better serve and support the increasing global demand for greenhouse climate screens.
José Carretero is a familiar name in the horticulture industry. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge with an extensive background in international horticulture industries. In the role of account manager, Jose has more than 20 years of experience in the field of greenhouse automation, climate screens and horticultural mechanisation.

His knowledge and support will help us to further expand our activities and build our brand on a global scale”, Mario Scherpernzeel, business unit manager of Ridder Climate Screens said.
José is a native Spaniard who lives in the Dutch Westland area for more than 25 years. In his spare time José is an avid Rugby player, just like his two children whom are the loves of his life. Travels have taken him all over Central America, parts of South America, Western Europe and some countries in the Middle east. In his role as Global Account Manager, José will be taking the Ridder Climate Screens business around the world, supporting growers, installers and greenhouses with the advantages of Ridder’s greenhouse climate screen solutions.
