Video: Kazakh delegation visits Ultra Clima greenhouse

A group of Kazakh agrarians recently visited the Netherlands. The delegation visited the Ultra Clima greenhouse in Dinteloord as well. A video of the visit appeared on the Kazakh television last week.

According to the Kazakh participants, the country has great potential. "Kazakhstan occupies a good strategic position between China and Russia, has connections with Europe and the Middle East. With the resources, climatic conditions and available land, Kazakhstan can become a strategic hub for food products", said Maria del Pozo, coordinator of the YorInnovation project.

The visited greenhouse in Dinteloord is built by KUBO and is a semi-closed greenhouse following the Ultra Clima Concept. "The climate control allows us to grow a maximum of tomatoes and cucumbers with a minimum of resources", says export manager Henk van Tuyl. "Outside air is brought to temperature to realize the perfect growing circumstances."
