US: Earth Alive appoints new sales director
Mr. Shanks has been specialising in the sale of organic inputs and biostimulants in the US, Mexico, and Chile for over 21 years. In his career he has collaborated with researchers, international governments and industry professionals to improve the availability of organic products in the marketplace.
Prior to joining Earth Alive, Mr. Shanks was the Pacific Northwest Area Manager for an international input manufacturer, where he was responsible for bringing their new products to the market. “The need for better technology in the area of soil microbiology and biofertilizers is why I chose to come to work with the team at Earth Alive,” commented Matt Shanks. “Presently, there is a push in the agriculture community for growers to increase production in an environmentally sustainable way. Earth Alive Soil Activator achieves this for organic and conventional growers and contributes to building their soils which is a farmer’s greatest asset.”
