"Three layered coir textures create perfect environment for blueberries"

FibreDust announces the release of a new layered coir blend developed exclusively for blueberry farming. Compressed coir blocks are staged in upright 30 x 30cm poly grow bags that quickly expand to 27 liters. True Blue grow bags contain a proprietary coir blend that includes coco coir, coco chips and coco fiber fostering a well-drained highly oxygenated environment preferred by blueberry plants. True Blue upright grow bags are now available for production blueberry farming. Initial trials are producing consistent and quality results. Plants started in this blend achieve rapid and sustained growth within a controlled environment. Pedro Torres, proprietor at Horticultorres S de RL de CV, FibreDust’s sales agent in Mexico, explains “Mexico is a huge market for blueberry production but a controlled environment product was needed. The qualities of True Blue are impressive. Our first trials with True Blue are being met with success, great interest and new orders from our controlled environment blueberry growers.”

“Blueberry demand is at an all-time high worldwide. We are happy to be able to provide a growing solution that will help growers fulfill this increasing demand,” states Sam Ahilan, CEO of FibreDust LLC. “The texture of this blend gives the blueberry plant all it needs for easy root penetration, providing excellent aeration, great drainage and moisture retention.”

True Blue Grow bags are now shipping worldwide.
