Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture joins Ag-Con Philly speaker faculty

Russell Redding, Secretary of Agriculture for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, has been added to the speaker faculty for Indoor Ag-Con Philly on October 16. Secretary Redding is a farmer himself, and has extensive experience in agriculture public service. He will talk about his role as Chair of the USDA Advisory Committee on Biotechnology and 21st Century Agriculture.
