English translation available on Dutch Collective Agreement Horticulture

In the Dutch greenhouse horticulture sector, there are many employees with different nationalities and they do not always speak Dutch. Or they only understand the language in part. As a result, they are not or insufficiently informed about the terms and conditions of the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO). Therefore, the greenhouse horticulture CAO has now been translated into English.

In order to encourage compliance with the agreements and to prevent unwanted situations, the CAO greenhouse horticulture has previously been translated into Polish for the Polish labour migrants. From today, the CAO greenhouse horticulture is also available in English.
