CAN (ON): Roelands Plant Farms announces addition to management team

Roelands Plant Farms announces that Arie Alblas, Production Manager with the company since they broke ground in 2013, is transitioning into the role of Account Manager and Crop Specialist. This newly created position within the company will see Alblas focusing on customer service, and maintaining the strong relationships that Roelands Plant Farms has developed over the past four years.

“Premium plant quality is the main focus for us,” says owner Adrian Roelands, “and in our experience, communication with customers is paramount in growing a plant that is tailor fitted for that customer. For that reason, Arie will be focusing much more of his time on this going forward.”

Taking over the day-to-day production related management is Jigar Joshi, who has come on board in the capacity of Operation Manager. Joshi has a history of success in the horticulture sector, most recently in the Niagara region, and has already hit the ground running at the 12-acre propagation greenhouse.
