ProManager Mastercourse in the Netherlands

Visit leading Dutch producers, suppliers and trade companies in Dutch horticulture. Meet some 30 Dutch Captains of Industry for a period of two weeks. Learn about the way they foresee developments in international horticulture. Share your thoughts and experiences with a group of peers (15 in total) representing ‘future proof’ companies from all 5 continents. Discuss the future of the ornamental sector (as well as the future of your own company) with business leaders with proven track-records.

Each day of this Mastercourse will focus on a specific challenging theme. Examples are: ‘Chainges’, ‘Connecting the dots’ and ‘A sustainable start’. Companies like Royal Flora Holland, Priva, Dutch Flower Group, Royal Brinkman, World Horti Centre, Van der Knaap Substrates, Frederiques Choice and VDH Poly Greenhouses will be visited during these three days. The cluster NethWork, organizer of the Mastercourse, will eventually select a group of 15 horticultural managers (25 – 40 years old) that represents ‘the world of floriculture’. Besides the program as such, a major asset of this Mastercourse will be the interaction with your colleagues.
