Green Products inaugurates new production line

Last winter, a complete newly developed production line was set up at Green Products. As a result, the company has become more flexible in the type of tray that can be filled and in the diameter that can be produced.

In the range from 13 to 28 mm, the plugs are now available in any desired diameter and varying length. "We remain the specialist in the small diameter," says Matthijs van den Berg. "The production of the paper pots is done in a unique manner. For this we use a technique from the tobacco industry. That filling technique provides a perfect, homogeneous filling for optimal drainage." That makes a better control possible. "And this results in a strong plant with a lot of color, and in a shorter time."
