Netherlands: Agrolux expanding into brand new warhouse and office

In early March, Agrolux moved to a new location in De Lier. They Dutch light supplier is now located in a brand new building. This was necessary as they outgrew the premises at the previous location.

Jacques Enthoven is the technical mind behind the construction: "The last step we are going to take is the installation of solar panels. We will install 64 of them. Ultimately, this building will be completely energy-neutral."

Nico van der Houwen is pleased with the LED lighting in the building. There is only LED throughout the whole building. Nico: "They work really well, it seems almost like daylight and on top of that they’re energy efficient."

Dario Pobric and Katherine Wols - Katherine is a new colleague, she is responsible for the LED-related questions. And those are many. "LED is still in its infancy where numbers are concerned, but the demand grows incredibly fast."

The warehouse has a floor space of 550 m2.

Earlier this month, the opening was well attended by customers and other business relations.
