Roelands Plant Farms featured in Dinner Starts Here

We previously informed you about Southern Ontario agriculture enthusiast Andrew Campbell. The blogger has the intention to visit 52 farms in 52 weeks this year. This all with the purpose of creating awareness on sustainable farming practices and show consumers what it takes to grow and raise food on a farm.

Campbell visited Beverly Greenhouses of Dale and Jan VanderHout in Brantford, Ontario in the beginning of the year. This week, Campbell visited his second Ontario greenhouse; the 12 acre propagation facilities of Roelands Plant Farms in Lambton Shores.

The video provides a great look into the daily operations at the fairly young company founded by Adrian and Jodi Roelands in 2013. Jodi and Adrian show Campbell what present day farming looks like and explain to him about the importance of various factors such as hygiene, automation and biological control.
