Stockton and Jebagro in Registration Transfer Agreement

Stockton STK, specializing in the development and marketing of botanical-based pesticides, and Jebagro (a division of Jebsen and Jessen, Germany), announced that as part of the overall strategic direction of Stockton, these two companies have come to an agreement about the transfer of various registrations.

Stockton has agreed to sell part of its generic registrations and distribution rights for various countries in Central and South America and in the Philippines, to Jebagro as part of its strategic direction.

"This decision was taken as part of the new strategic direction of the company, transitioning from generic conventional to biotechnology and hybrid crop protection products," explained Guy Elitzur, CEO of Stockton.

For Jebagro, it is a good opportunity to expand its service towards customers. Besides financial service and sourcing of agrochemicals, Jebagro will now be in a position to also offer formulated end-use products against own registrations in Central and South America.
