13,200 containers per hour

Spain's largest organic cherry tomato packaging machine

Induser, the Ejido-based company specialised in the design and manufacture of packaging lines for agro-food products, has installed the largest automatic packaging machine in the organic cherry tomato sector for the firm Biosabor.

It is a project developed in two stages for the production of 13,200 containers per hour and capacity for four tonnes per hour, with dispensing and automatic filling of both plastic and recycled cardboard packaging.

Induser has also set up machinery for the Huelva-based cooperative Onubafruit. As reported by Induser, the installation consists of four associative weighers developed by the Ejido-based firm which ensure a margin of error in their accuracy of one gram above or below. The most innovative aspect of these packers is the multiformat system patented by Induser, which makes it possible to automatically change the format for each different type of container, and with the possibility of adding new container models in the future.

With a production of over 20 million kilos, the Nijar-based Biosabor is a leading firm in the province of Almeria when it comes to the production and packaging of organic vegetables, with a very wide range both of fresh products and gazpachos; hence the big commitment to this modern machinery.

In addition to Biosabor, the cooperative Onubafruit has also chosen Induser to set up the new high performance packaging lines for blueberries in two of its handling plants.

The first one, in Cartayfres, has a capacity for 180 containers per minute and features associative weighing machines with a margin of error in their accuracy of one gram above or below.

The packaging system is multiformat, patented by Induser, with automatic format changes and prepared for the automatic filling of the containers.

The second one, in Freslucena, has an associative weigher for 120 containers per minute and is prepared for tubs and cups.

Induser defines itself as a company specialised in the dispensing, closing and sealing of containers, as well as in the weighing and dosing of products. Induser's machines are designed to achieve maximum efficiency and reliability at work.

Induser reiterates that its goal is to help its customers achieve competitive improvements and optimise their production processes. It is committed to innovation and health through its products.
