USDA updates National Organic Program Handbook

The National Organic Program (NOP) has published an updated Program Handbook Instruction, NOP 2027: Personnel Performance Evaluations.

NOP 2027 describes the procedures that accredited certifying agents should follow when conducting personnel performance evaluations. The revised procedure establishes a system for determining inspector competency through inspector field evaluations.
