US (NJ): Less than a week to register for Specialty Pepper Class

Are you a farmer looking to diversify? Are you thinking about growing for local restaurants or starting a pick your own operation? Gone are the days of farmers owning large swathes of land in New Jersey, so here's a new idea.

Learn how to make more money with less land and how to grow, market and sell specialty peppers.

The Ultra-Niche Crops Specialty Pepper class is a new approach to farmer education. Instead of boring you with a 45 minute long PowerPoint presentation, teachers are taking you directly to the farm in a professional, 20 minute video that will give you a peek into the life of a successful grower. The video will take participants to Specca farms in Burlington County, New Jersey.
