"Carbon Gold's Biology Blend most effective in reducing root mat disease"

The AHDB today released the results of trials it has carried out on tomato root mat disease. According to the AHDB, this disease affects 90% of tomato nurseries in the UK and costs growers an average of £29,000 per hectare per year.

A key objective of these trials was to identify biological treatments that suppress the disease.
