Ginegar to showcase innovations at Fruit Logistica

Ginegar will be exhibiting at the upcoming Fruit Logistica in Berlin to showcase its advanced plastic films and nets. The Israeli company manufactures and markets smart covers for intensive agriculture and horticulture applications. Ginegar’s C- 750 Sun Saver Nectarine Diffused Film , provides highly advanced, five layer film technology, offering the perfect combination of mechanical and spectral properties.

The film’s Anti-Dust (AD) property ensures that the film is kept clean, which improves light transmission and by providing a high level of diffusion, light is distributed evenly over the entire crop canopy, eliminating shadowing by neighboring plants.

The film’s Infra-Red (IR) property, keeps your greenhouse temperature higher during cold nights, saves heating costs and keeps your canopy drier. That means you, the grower, will spend less on fungicides and sprays, while benefiting from higher yields and quality.

The Anti-Drip (AD) property, improves light transmission, which encourages photosynthesis and growth, keeps your plants dry and ensures that the correct level of UV light penetrates through the film to maximize your crop’s potential.
