Maren Schoormans returns to Priva as General Manager EMEA

As of 1 October 2016 Maren Schoormans returns at Priva as he will take over the position of General Manager EMEA from Frans-Peter Dechering. Dechering will continue as an independent project and interim manager and will remain involved in a number of projects within Priva.

Schoormans is no stranger to Priva. He worked at Priva as Segment Manager Horticulture from December 2011 to August 2013. After that he worked at Koppert Biological Systems as Sales Manager Netherlands.

Schoormans: "I was introduced to horticulture in my teens and became particularly fascinated by a number of companies offering special technology to the world. In my career I was able to play various roles, successively in seeds (De Ruiter Seeds, Monsanto), automation (Priva) and biological control (Koppert biological Systems). I consider myself a fan of Priva. It feels good to return with the experience of recent years, to contribute to the mission to provide the best and most sustainable solutions to the customers. It's great to share the transition the world is in with colleagues, partners and customers. Never before have so many changes taken place. In various fields Priva really offers me a ‘Climate for Growth'. Let's grow together."
