Companies often experience how insufficient overview of procedures and processes stand in the way of an optimal use of resources. The planning and the optimal deployment of personnel is often complicated and provides a challenge for companies.
“traceNET-Production“ is especially developed for companies in the food processing industry to achieve the highest efficiency possible in all areas. An essential aspect of traceNET is the central management and control of the systems and an automated time and attendance registration during the processes. The recently developed “Live-App“, is an additional module for “traceNET-Production“, which provides the ability to monitor all processes and procedures within the company.
“With the “Live-App“ I can easily get a quick overview of the current operations,” explains Wagersreiter. All ongoing processes are shown on my monitor in real-time and are color-coded. So I am continuously informed of the current state," states Wagersreiter.
Furthermore “Live-App“ provides a real-time overview of the orders and goods receipt. “That is useful information, because I can immediately see which deliveries are still pending. The real-time feature gives me time to react and reach out to the suppliers. The “Live-App“ contributes significantly to the smooth running of the business,” continues Wagersreiter.
“TraceNET-Production“ not only irons out inefficiencies it also can locate and exclude errors. A good example is the ever more complicated labeling, manual data input and labeling leads to increased errors, while “traceNET-Production“ can be used to connect to all relevant machines, scales and printers. Thanks to the nearly completely automated pricing, errors in the labeling can virtually be ruled out.
For a more detailed insight of causes of inefficiency "TraceNET-Production" offers a downtime option. If nothing happens on the production line within a defined period, a pop-up window opens. Only after entering a (pre-defined) cause for the inactivity the belt starts again. An analysis of the downtime causes could supply important indications of possible "weak points" in the process. For example, poor quality of the packaging material, is responsible due to frequent tearing is the cause of production problems. "TraceNET-Production" offers countless different possibilities for in-depth analyzes.
„traceNET-Production“ can be connected to all interfaced machines, currently machines of Bizerba, Leich & Mehl, Digi und TopControl work with traceNET-Production“. The incorporation of other interfaces is possible.
The advantages of "traceNET-Production" are obvious. "traceNET-Production" increases the transparency of the processes, can be used to detect inefficiencies and enables precise planning of the process. "traceNET-Production" helps to achieve a higher efficiency and thus lower costs as a result.
With the newest software development “FIPS” “activeIT“ has brought a revolutionary and extremely powerful new planning tool on the market. “FIPS” is especially developed for ripening fruit, such as bananas, mangoes and avocados.
After many intensive discussions with several banana ripening companies and other industry experts, we created a unique solution to model all relevant processes and created a usable partially automated system.
“FIPS“ is designed in such a way that the entire planning (volumes, transportation, and ripening) is automatically calculated and can be completed with just a few clicks. The optimal use of the ripening facilities is calculated by “FIPS” and is at any time accessible and presented in a clear diagram. “”FIPS” is another innovative product of “activeIT” which saves our customers a lot of time, money and trouble,” states Klein proudly.
