Techmek introduces new Multibelt paperpot machine

Italian machine manufacturer Techmek has recently introduced the new Multibelt paper pot machine. According to Aldo Maggion of Techmek, the machine has been developed with the goal to achieve a high production of pots using just one paperpot pipe. "Speed and providing a really high working flexibility, together with the best quality/price ratio was the motivation for the design", said Maggion.

Techmek machine is based on the “multibelt concept”. "This means that two synchronized belts are operating in loading and unloading at the same time. This solution has allowed to achieve a paperpot production up to 15.000 pots/hour, keeping high levels of ease and economy in the format change, which is a really important aspect in this type of processing."

Operating row by row, Multibelt requires a format change when you have to change the pot diameter and the type of container too, without any electrical and/or air system changing: in case of format change of the pot together with the container, it is enough to replace only four mechanical components, whereas, in the uncommon case with no container change, it is enough to replace only the paperpot pipe.

Multibelt has been developed to produce pots together with Techmek machines I-Pot-Pro-Cont and I-Pot-Evo.
