US (MA):: New Boston greenhouse fully equipped with Lemnis Oreon grow lights
Sustainable entrepreneur Paul Sellew started a vegetable greenhouse in the Boston area (Massachusetts) to meet demand for year round local produce. The entire glasshouse is illuminated by the latest LED luminaires of Lemnis Oreon, the Oreon Grow Light 2.1.
Sellew has chosen this fixture because of the good experiences in the Netherlands. "The Oreon Grow Light 2.1 allows more flexibility, a longer illumination time during the year with a minimum use of energy. These lamps also produces an optimal spectrum which results in exceptional quality," said Sellew.
The complete installation of both water and electricity is provided by PB Techniek. The installer from The Netherlands (Maasdijk) is active on several continents and is nearly the main installer of Sellew. "We have been working since 2007 for the companies of Paul Sellew and are very pleased that for the latest project ‘Little Leaf Farms’ once again is chosen for PB in combination with the LED luminaires of Lemnis Oreon" said Koen Brabander.
