Customer specific engineering under Verhagen Leiden's V-Move brand

Verhagen Leiden has been manufacturing their machines under the brand V-move since early this year. Because development and production takes place in-house, they can directly process customer requirements into the machines. Tom de Beer: "As a result, the machines are fully designed for their task and are extremely user friendly."

Maintenance of the machines is also provided by Verhagen Leiden themselves. They have a service department and can be available 24 hours a day if necessary. In most cases service technicians can service machines on-site. Parts for the cleaning machine can be delivered directly from stock.

Verhagen Leiden has developed a number of new machines for the greenhouse and horticulture, adding to the V-move electric tow tractor range. In addition to the existing V-move 1200 – a ride-on/stand electric tow tractor – a pedestrian electric tug and a ride-on/sit electric tow tractor are now also available.

The V-move 1200 has been a household name in the greenhouse and in horticulture for years. The machine proves its strength on (flower) auctions. Due to its low step, good driving properties, large batteries and AC motor this tow tractor is virtually maintenance free and can be used an entire day without a problem. It effortlessly pulls carts up to 2,000 kg.

Thanks to its design and build the V-move S is handy but powerful. The special coupling makes moving auction carts, (roll) containers and several other carts on wheels very easy. This electric tractor has a tensile/thrust force of 1,300 kg. The removable and replaceable battery pack ensures non-stop driving: The machine can efficiently be used endlessly.

The V-move 650 has been designed for longer distances and/or heavy carts. Its short turning radius and compact design make it highly manoeuvrable. This tow tractor has a tensile force of 2,000 kg and is very powerful because of its differential propulsion.
