Canada: Alberta AF organizes Greenhouse Technology Roundtable

The Alberta Greenhouse Technology Roundtable takes place on June 21, 2016, at the Crop Diversification Centre South in Brooks. “Alberta Agriculture and Forestry (AF)’s greenhouse section has been researching winter crop lighting and aeroponic lettuce production,” says Dustin Moron, commercial horticulture specialist, AF. “You can tour the facility, learn about these projects and give us your insights on commercialization options for these technologies.”

The greenhouse tour takes place June 21, at 2 p.m. with the roundtable at 3 p.m. with a call in option for those wanting to join from a distance. There is no charge for the event.
