French growers open their greenhouses to the public

In almost every country, the importance of informing consumers about the origin of their food is increasing. This is also the reason why a group of French tomato and cucumber growers have united and organized a series of open days at their greenhouse operations.

The following companies will open their doors: Jardins de Sévigné, Rousse, Marchal, La Coccinelle, Tomate Jouno, Legumenfrais, Tom d'Aqui, Serres de L'Etang, Serres de Lapouyade, de Granges, Coopsud Roussillon, Serres de la Piogerie, du Clos de la Fontaine, Oliver, Serres du Frety, Les Jardins Reunis, Les Serres de Goulaine, du Lac Guinevre and Less Serres de Lalandette.

Last weekend their greenhouses opened to the public, and consumers can visit them till June 5.
