Canada: Caxton Mark and MGI join forces

Caxton Mark and MGI are announcing the amalgamation of their operations in Leamington with immediate effect.

By merging activities both Caxton and MGI will be able to offer their respective customers “end to end” solutions from label design, in house label manufacture, provisioning and servicing of label applicator equipment and broader automation solutions.

Mark Bradley, founder of MGI, commented, “by utilizing Caxton’s advanced print capabilities locally here in town, MGI will be able to better service customers and deliver label materials of the highest quality. Add to this our in-depth knowledge of product labelling and automation, we believe that we can help give our customers a real advantage in the marketplace.”

John Stubbs, the General Manager at Caxton, added, “this merger will enable us to better support our US and Canadian product labelling interests and broaden our global supply activities; putting Caxton Mark/MGI firmly in an industry leading position.”

Nick Poole, the President of the company, said that “our merger with MGI is one of several steps being taken by Caxton to ensure we build a solid future for the company in Leamington and provide a significant benefit to our customers, our employees and the community.”
