NZ greenhouse builders restructure for the future

Faber Glasshouse and EJ Contractors announced they will merge their companies into one company that will provide their clients with complete greenhouse solutions. The new name of this company is Apex Greenhouses.

Leo Faber began the manufacturing process of Greenhouses in a modest factory in New Zealand more than 35 years ago. Since those humble beginnings, Faber has grown into a successful multi-national company providing world-beating structures for the Australian, New Zealand and into the Asian markets.

Faber Glasshouses has had a long standing partnership with EJ Contractors for almost 25 years. EJ Contractors established their company 29 years ago with Eddie Braaksma and John Faber (EJ) and specialise in the construction of new and secondhand glasshouses, modifications and additions, building and project management, shade screen installations, servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

The joining of the two companies means they can now extend services offered to their clients. Their larger team of experts includes in-house CAD designers producing innovative designs and methods in keeping with current trends, dedicated Project Managers and Coordinators who know how the building process works and a renewed focus on health & safety compliance.

They will continue their focus on providing full turn-key installations from initial planning to harvesting of the crop.

They are dedicated in providing their clients with complete greenhouse solutions. The construction teams are located in Melbourne, Queensland, South Australia and throughout New Zealand.
