Blooming Australian greenhouse industry gathers in Gold Coast

This Sunday the PCA Greenworks Conference started in sunny Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in Australia. All major growers of Australia will be visiting the Conference and participating in one or more of the many seminars about growing in a protected environment.

Next to the seminars there is an exhibition area with all types of suppliers for horticulture. One of them is Mardenkro who has been in this market for over 15 years. Most of the greenhouses need protection against heat or light due to the hot Australian summers. Mardenkro's ReduSystems products are being used by all major greenhouses in Australia.

It is noticeable that many other Dutch companies are present at the exhibition this year, as well as Mardenkro. This might have to do with the amount of greenhouses that are expanding or have plans to expand in the next coming years.

The PCA Conference will be held until July 8 and is located in Jupiters Hotel and Casino in Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia.
