On the 21st May the team at Rijk Zwaan's Gatton station welcomed growers and colleagues from Australia and New Zealand to the 2015 Queensland winter demo trial.
The trial showed commercial varieties selected for their ability to perform in the winter conditions in Queensland, including a full range of iceberg and cos varieties that can provide a full year program of high quality lettuce. As well as icebergs for all seasons, the cos range covers all sizes with a variety to match every purpose.
The Salanova range was also talking point of the trial; with a full range of leaf types was shown with colour, yield, and quality in red and green varieties.
