Great footage available on the Night Harvesters at Lufa Farms

A few weeks ago we published an article about Lufa Farms, the Quebec-based rooftop greenhouse growers that only harvest their fruits if their customers order them. What we did not know, was that they have a special group of Night Harvesters! They’ll only pick what’s needed for Lufa's baskets, cutting waste out of the equation and keeping everything as fresh as possible.

Night Harvesters Roxanne, Roman and Dovina were featured on a recent blog post by Lufa Farms. The group is picking the fruits in the the dead of winter when the sun has already gone down! This does not only result in extremely freshly picked tomatoes and eggplants; it also provides a great subject for video and photography!
