Advances in NIR Spectroscopy Food Analysis

Staff from Felix Instruments–Applied Food Science has been recognized again for advances in NIR Spectroscopy food analysis. Chemometrics expert and PhD candidate, Ryan Lerud, has again been published in NIR news for his work relative to designing an NIR based Produce Quality meter. Felix Instruments–Applied Food Science has recently launched their F-750 Produce Quality Meter which includes the technology advances that Mr. Lerud describes in the publication.
