Earthbound Farm has announced three culinary-inspired certified organic salad kits just in time for spring. This new line features three unique flavors – Kale Caesar, Sun-Washed Mediterranean Salad, and Garden Party Salad – available in 9-10 oz bags. The company is also adding a new blend, Half & Half: Baby Spinach & Arugula, which builds on the popularity of its Half & Half: Spring Mix & Baby Spinach mix. Both Half & Half blends are available in a 5 oz clamshell.

Available now, three organic salad kits – Kale Caesar, Sun-Washed Mediterranean and Garden Party Salads are perfect for any occasion. Developed with Earthbound Farm’s Executive Chef Sarah LaCasse, these kits offer unique and bold flavors with tender leaf greens, one-of-a-kind dressings and premium flavorful toppings adding depth and texture.

Kale Caesar includes tender baby kale, crunchy red and green cabbage, and sweet shredded carrots packaged together with roasted sunflower seeds, tangy aged Parmesean cheese, crunchy multi grain croutons and a spicy lite Caesar dressing. Sun-Washed Mediterranean is composed of earthy spinach, peppery arugula and bitter radicchio packaged together with chewy sun-dried tomatoes, crunchy roasted chickpeas, tangy feta cheese and a Greek dressing with sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Garden Party has spring mix and Asian greens together with chewy tangy dried wild blueberries and cranberries, zesty feta cheese and a slightly sweet raspberry-balsamic vinaigrette. All topping ingredients are packed individually in a masterpack to preserve freshness.
