Spanish auction CASI opens new facility in The Netherlands

CASI, a global leader specialized in tomatoes, will open a new facility this April in the Netherlands, to provide service for distribution and marketing closer to its customers.

The cooperative idea to have 4 centers throughout Europe shows the ambition for its future expansion. The Netherlands was an easy choice, not only for its perfect strategic position, but also for all the know-how which can be found there. Also, the idea to gain producers who can join the cooperative, in order to provide their customers with produce 12 months a year, is an essential issue for CASI. The idea is clear and ambitious, and the first step has been taken now by opening this new facility where service and logistics are supported by a multilingual staff.

The new facility in the Netherlands has a surface area of 4500 m² and is located at the ABC Westland 384 in Poeldijk. Together with Norfresh International B.V., CASI aims to establish projects in development to become one of the most powerful institutions in the agricultural sector worldwide.
