As most sustainable rock mineral wool and growing medium, we would like to bring the Multigrow Premium with Ecose® technology to your attention. Instead of chemicals, such as formaldehyde, an organic binder is used "to glue" the fibers of the mineral wool together. Invented by Knauf Insulation the Ecose® lives up to all international standards of a sustainable product. Like Multigrow Coarse Fiber, the Multigrow Premium is now available in any size and shape as slabs, blocks and plugs in 84, 126 & 240 hole trays.
In trials at the Demo house in The Netherlands this year Multigrow has shown excellent results. The roots developed faster and stronger then with other rock wool brands. This resulted in a more vigorous growth and a plant with better resistance against stressful situation. This makes Multigrow the best choice as a growing medium in commercial crops that are pushed to the limit for best quality and production.
