New Macair spray robot available at Mertens
The Macair spraying robot is specially designed for automatic spraying of the crop and can be used extensively. The robot is equipped with air support of the spraying mast. This creates a very powerful spray, which deeply penetrates into the crop.
In order to provide the spray robot with air, an extra reel for the power supply has been attached, making the robot a bit heavier, but not higher. Also, the adjustment has no influence on manoeuvrability. The sleek, smooth stainless steel structure prevents crop damage, developers say.
The selected spray technique in combination with the air vent is increasingly used in greenhouse cultivation. The Macair is a semi-automatic that is agile and can be used flexibly.
