UK: Herb Flavour & Taste Day's to focus on factors affecting herbs flavour

Seed genetics, the growing environment and grower management practices all affect the quality, flavour and taste of the harvested Herb product. Growers are consistently aiming to produce a product with a standard flavour, taste and aroma for consumers. Is this an achievable objective? This years’ Herbs Exploratory day’s will focus on ‘Factors affecting Herbs flavour’, ‘The detection of Herbs Flavour components’ and how growers can ‘Achieve and promote consistent flavour and taste’.
