Some growers have operations overseas to deliver their customers year round. Currently. One of them is Dutch grower AgroCare; they have a greenhouse in Tunisia called Desert Joy.

The company is located a half hour drive from the coastal city of Gabes, in southern Tunisia. In 2013 a new greenhouse was built here. Grower Philip van Antwerpen runs the company in Tunisia. The tomatoes are grown in the period from September to June. The tomatoes are destined for the Dutch and European markets.
