New in the Koppert Machines' assortment is the Koppert Multi Packager. This machine is mainly built from stainless steel and foreseen of the latest types of controls and electronics. This has resulted in a sustainable and food safe machine, which needs little maintenance and is very easy to clean.
The new machine uses two stackers: one for cups (shakers) and one for trays. Two stackers for lids and other variations is available after discussion. If smaller parties of another packaging have to be done, this is also possible. But they have to be entered manually.
In principle it is possible to run all variations of packagings to a maximum size of 21 cm by 21 cm. The capacity of around 60 packages per minutes is very good, considering the many possibilities the machine offers for the various forms of packaging.
At the end of the packaging line there is a roller belt for the packaged products to come out onto. If products are packaged in cups (shakers), it is also possible to have them exit over the roller belt, by clicking in the guiding system on both sides. This system insures a perfect exit for the shakers to a wrapping line.
