Orange and yellow vine tomatoes grown under artificial light at The Greenery

In Holland, the orange and yellow vine tomatoes are once again available at The Greenery. They are grown in lit cultivation by grower Peter Enthoven from Kwintsheul. Thanks to the lit cultivation The Greenery can supply orange and yellow vine tomatoes all year round.

Yellow and orange vine tomatoes have a special and more exclusive character than their red peers, due to the their striking natural colour. They add a sunny colour to any dish they are added to. The tomato tastes fresh and is nice and juicy. The orange and yellow vine tomatoes are available in a 5 kg box. Flowpack or click scale packaging can also be supplied on demand.

Extension of Tradizionale assortment
Besides the cultivation of orange and yellow vine tomatoes, Peter Enthoven has also been growing the San Mazzo Grof tomato under the Tradizonale label for a number of years. Two striking varieties have been added to this label: the Papeletto and the Coeur de Femme.

Papeletto

The Papeletto has a deep red colour and a mainly authentic shape. The blocked fruits are easier to stand up and so are good for stuffing.

The Coeur de Femme is similar to the Coeur de Boeuf in flavour and application. The form and structure, however, are different. The Coeur de Femme is therefore a good alternative to the Coeur de Boeuf.

The Papeletto and the Coeur de Femme are available in a 3 kg box. The San Mazzo Grof is available in a 4 kg box. Different packaging options, such as flowpack, click scale or mixed packaging are available on request.

The San Mazzo Grof, Papeletto and Coeur de Femme are now available from under lit cultivation.
